GUIDELINES &
CONDITIONS GOVERNING ACCEPTANCE OF NOMINATIONS

■ Entries should either be submitted by E-mail to
info@marchigtrust.org
or by post to the address shown on the form
■ Entries must be in the English language.
■ Full supporting documentation must be submitted
with the nomination form.
■ Where a sponsor submits a nomination form on
behalf of a candidate, then
that candidate must be advised of this fact in
advance of the nomination form
being submitted.
■ The Trustees reserve the right to seek if
necessary, an independent
assessment of those nominated.
■ Correspondence cannot be entered into after an Award has been
made.
