Since the Trust was established in 1989, "The Jeanne Marchig Animal Welfare Award" has been given
periodically for outstanding work by an organisation or individual.:

The Trustees seek to recognise:

Practical work in the field of animal welfare and protection over a significant number of years, resulting in significant improvements that have made a real difference for animals either nationally or internationally.

The Award takes the form of a financial donation in support of the successful candidate(s) work.
The nomination and selection of those to receive the Award rests solely with the Trustees and their decision is final.
